We purchased a machine from Metso for our metal recycling business. The machine has continually broken down since we bought it. We have paid thousands of dollars for repairs which should have been covered under warranty and the machine just breaks down a month later. We have been in contact with Mark Haire and Blake Brown to discuss the repairs with little to no response. We have filed an official complaint with the BBB.
