My taxes were completed with inaccurate information on it unknown to me at the time . It wasn’t until I reviewed my documents at home I realized there was a mistake. Now I am having a hard to reaching anyone at this establishment to correct the error.
I had never had a service as bad as this, the young woman made the mistake of putting my bank's routing number in the account number and this caused the money not to arrive electronically for a month waiting, they sent me a check by UPS and the package and they did not wait for him to open the door and they took it to an office that they do not know what day it will be available.
