I have to say this dealership really did right by me as there was a misunderstanding when picking up the car and at first I was concerned that they were trying to screw me over but Fred took it upon himself to resolve the issue and did right by me. I have had a number of horrible experiences with dealerships but I am pleased to see that he truly cares about his reputation and customers.
