I can't recommend Metrowest Medical Wellness highly enough. I called initially to get info about their services, and the person who answered the phone was informative and sincerely caring; I asked a lot of questions, and she patiently provided me with a lot of helpful info. The provider I met with impressed me by her ability to get to the heart of the issue and to recommend treatments that have worked extremely well for me. Beware of the Wellness and Semaglutide Service I had a highly disappointing experience with their wellness and semaglutide service. They advertise a $49 clinician consultation, but I was charged $400 for a video call. Despite paying the premium, I left with no clear answers to basic questions like, “What’s the next step? I’ve been going to MetroWest Medical Wellness for the past six months for Emsculpt treatment for my abs. I’m happy to say the results have been pretty good, and I’ve lost a lot of abdominal fat. Also the staff there especially Pam , are so friendly and accessible, it’s always fun to be there, and they make you look forward for your sessions. I highly recommend Metrowest Medical Wellness where you get the best of medical treatment without any hospital atmosphere- if you know what I mean!
Great experience here with Dr. Kacker and Pam Cash. Both are knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic. The Emsella machine is comfortable to use and non invasive and has helped me significantly particularly with reducing nighttime trips to the bathroom. My friend has used the Emsculpt body shaping machine and is already getting visible benefits. Dr. Kacker’s urology practice next door is great too and provides related services which complement the wellness side.
