Dr Garcia was great, such a caring and kind Dr. All the nurses were great as well! But the main hospital number operator was the rudest guy on earth, I called today around 3:30pm because I missed a call and I was trying to reach out to my Dr and unfortunately got on the line with this unsympathetic and obnoxious human. There’s a difference between being direct and being sarcastic. If you don’t care about people maybe you shouldn’t work in a hospital where your main job is to care for them.
UPDATE: 1/17/2025 - I couldn't have asked for better care than what I received today at this emergency room. P.A. Del Rosario and the entire hospital staff were professional, caring and compassionate. If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you!
