I went in at night and I was taken care of pretty quickly, unfortunately they forgot to give me the doctors note I asked for, to show my job, I call 9am (5 hours after I had just left) to see if I could come pick it up. And all the operators were rude and frantic to the point that I was cut off mid sentence and they said (SORRY I’m with another patient).

The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. The wait was a little longer just because of unexpected situations, but they were very accommodating very sweet. The nurses were awesome. The PA was fantastic. It was a really great experience. I was taken care of very well.

My sister and I received the most compassionate care here from Jacky in triage and our RN, Lisa G. Going to the ER is always stressful, yet these great women immediately alleviated our nerves and took the best care of us. From vitals to testing, we were constantly updated and reassured throughout the visit. Thank you to the medical center and the lovely team (especially Lisa and Jacky).

Worst emergency room experience I’ve ever had. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and communication was nonexistent. Patients were left waiting for updates, call buttons went unanswered, and it felt like nobody cared that people were sitting there scared, sick, and needing help. An emergency room should make patients feel heard and cared for, not ignored and forgotten. The lack of compassion and professionalism was honestly shocking.
