One of the best ER we've been at, good nurses and doctors, help quick and react immediately on serious cases
The Worst hospital ever. Left me in a room for over an hr, no communication, Short skinny old lady nurse was in a bad mood had a bad attitude. I just left before anyone came after an hr of nobody saying anything. This hospital needs renovation and to Hire ppl that have skills to treat patients.
I left this ED extremely disappointed by my experience. I came in because I was experiencing new symptoms, including unusually low blood pressure over the previous two days. This was not normal for me, and I also have existing medical conditions that I felt were relevant to my evaluation. When Dr. Pula came into the room, she asked why I was there. They don’t listen to a word you say. A 1 star review would be an understatement.
The call centers are extremely unhelpful, having to call ahead for appointment only leaves to multiple dead ends. If I call ahead in person i am also greeted by unhelpful staff. I believe the staff has good intentions but the ling wait times and promise to keep waiting can lead to more harm. I was in the hospital bed house and waited almost 18 hours. They just kept saying keep waiting be patient. screw them.
