Ive not heard back from marlie or rakeaa. I feel my complaint has not been given the attention it deserves as the bed has been sitting in my kitchen blocking my closet and hallway. Who is in charge there? I need them to Email me at once. Your service so far is very substandard and poor at best. I have had to rehash several times with rakeaa due to her poor follow up and non aggressive no calls approach to my complaint.
Our family recently had a situation that was heading in a dire direction but with the help of Li Morrison at MetroWest Mediation Services it was resolved in the best way possible! We are all relieved beyond belief. Li is fantastic! She really knows her stuff and is an excellent communicator, explaining each step of the process and the options along the way.
