Li Morrison and staff are a amazing staff ,very kind and helpful. I swong bye on a Tuesday to fill out a application and a week later my Raft application was approved and they reached out to me bye text and email and by phone to confirm that my application was approved. I just wanted to say thank you to Li at MetroWest Mediation Services. I lost my job and got behind in my rent payments. She helped me apply to a program called RAFT. She explained everything to me in detail and helped me fill out the application. I was approved and now I am caught up on my rent. That is one less thing I have to worry about in these difficult financial times.
I just finished the 30-hour training in facilitative mediation from MetroWest Mediation and it was one of the best trainings I have experienced in my career. It was fast-paced (in a good way) and very interactive, which kept my attention the whole time. The instructors were very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer the many questions we had. In addition, the cohort was small (the classes sell out) so we got to know each other and become more functional in the daily role-plays we did. Great job MetroWest!
