I just took MetroWest's Mediation course. The coaches (Kayla, Eric, Seth, and others) are wonderful and I learned a lot. If you want to learn a meaningful new skill, then I highly recommend this for you!
excellent training
This was an incredible program for mediation training. There are brief lessons, and then many, many role playing scenarios for you to practice the skills you've been taught. Will recommend to anyone considering learning mediation.
