I just finished the 30-hour training in facilitative mediation from MetroWest Mediation and it was one of the best trainings I have experienced in my career. It was fast-paced (in a good way) and very interactive, which kept my attention the whole time. The instructors were very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer the many questions we had. In addition, the cohort was small (the classes sell out) so we got to know each other and become more functional in the daily role-plays we did. Great job MetroWest!
Fantastic training-well worth the money. Highly recommend, going to have staff members from my organization take the same training.
This training was interactive, relatable and detailed in what a real mediation will look like. As much as I do not like role-playing, it really allows a great opportunity for practice, feedback and some good laughs.
Great staff, coaches and the learning experience helps prepare you for next steps in the mediation process. Great foundation skills!
