I don't know whether they are still in business, but I just had a very disappointing experience: book cleaning online a week ago for the coming Friday, got an email confirmation, noticed the website has not been updated for while so tried to reach them over the phone multiple times, left messages, never got my calls returned. Metrowest House Cleaning is the best -- we've been doing two cleanings a month and everything is sparkling. Aside from being very nice people, they communicate well about their services and are very flexible if you need a schedule change. I like that they have a dashboard on their website that enables you to easily make adjustments to the scheduled bookings or services. I definitely thought it would be a luxury to have someone clean our house, but it's very affordable and they do a much, much better job than I ever did. Tota... read more
