Very rude staff. Will never go back
DO NOT GO! Choose another ENT clinic. They robbed me $200. I had a very frustrating experience with Metrowest ENT in Framingham. When I booked an appointment for my mother (who does not have insurance), I was required to pay a $200 deposit upfront. I canceled the appointment several days in advance, and no services were ever provided. Despite this, the office refused to refund the $200. Service was fine but received $450 invoice for a shallow endoscopy that took 3 seconds, that I didn't request (was there for tinnitus), to tell me what I already knew. Seems exorbitant and nobody from the office billing dept would return my calls.
3 stars are due to lack of manners of staff working with Dr.Zimmerman especially the manager who’s rude and doesn’t know how to deal with patients. A few days ago I had follow up appointment with Dr.Zimmerman. I paid in full outta my own pocket cause they don’t work with my insurance and that’s totally okay for me. After a few days they called me and said payment didn’t go through and I needed to make payment again.
