DO NOT GO! Choose another ENT clinic. They robbed me $200. I had a very frustrating experience with Metrowest ENT in Framingham. When I booked an appointment for my mother (who does not have insurance), I was required to pay a $200 deposit upfront. I canceled the appointment several days in advance, and no services were ever provided. Despite this, the office refused to refund the $200. Service was fine but received $450 invoice for a shallow endoscopy that took 3 seconds, that I didn't request (was there for tinnitus), to tell me what I already knew. Seems exorbitant and nobody from the office billing dept would return my calls.
3 stars are due to lack of manners of staff working with Dr.Zimmerman especially the manager who’s rude and doesn’t know how to deal with patients. A few days ago I had follow up appointment with Dr.Zimmerman. I paid in full outta my own pocket cause they don’t work with my insurance and that’s totally okay for me. After a few days they called me and said payment didn’t go through and I needed to make payment again. Over the last year, my son, 3, has experienced tremendous issues with his ears. We were seeing another ENT who placed tubes. An X-ray revealed that his adenoids were blocking his airways, but the other ENT said there was nothing he could do to help him. It was at that time, that I switched to Dr. Zimmerman. I drive 50 minutes to get to him. He took the time to explain how he could help increase his airflow, took over his tube care management and set us up for a procedure to correct my son's issues.
