The office called me and made me an appointment to get my ears unblocked. I drove home from the cape (2 hours) for the appointment. When I got there, they told me I didn’t have an appointment. At this point I could barely hear since my ears were blocked.I told them THEY called me to confirm my appointment, so why don’t I have an appointment. Terrible communication, unreliable. Don’t give you the time of day, make you do the work for them.
I saw dr. Zimmerman last week and had a great experience. The office staff was kind and easy to work with. Dr. Zimmerman listened to my issues, did a full exam, came up with a probably diagnosis and prescribed medicine (which is working) and set up a follow up in 2 months. The nurse observed our appointment and my prescription was called in before I got out of the chair. It felt like a comfortable well oiled machine.
Very rude staff. Will never go back
DO NOT GO! Choose another ENT clinic. They robbed me $200. I had a very frustrating experience with Metrowest ENT in Framingham. When I booked an appointment for my mother (who does not have insurance), I was required to pay a $200 deposit upfront. I canceled the appointment several days in advance, and no services were ever provided. Despite this, the office refused to refund the $200.
