Hired these guys for a wood stove installation. When it came time to get a building permit I needed a workers comp insurance policy #.......which they couldn't provide because they don't have it! Claim to be a DBA but sent an employee to inspect my chimney who assured me they have required documents. Terrible service.
Thanks to the guys for a great job today. They were professional, informative, and friendly. Great job. They were 30 minutes late but called to let me know!!!!!
Hired these guys to fix a problem with cracked flues. I had a smoke odor inthe upstairs clsoet. They installed flues and patched my smoke chamber but failed to resolve problem. Crew also flooded my kitchen by negligently opening my furnance fill valve, so I cam home to water leaking through the ceiling of my kitchen. They have been difficult to reach post installation and don't seem to care that we are unhappy.
