Casper, Olga ,Dani and all Metro vault Storage staff are great!! They are the true definition of customer service. They are down to earth, empathetic, understanding and accommodating. Very great storage for students, they picked up and delivered to UMass
Heated indoor storage, great prices, easy and secured accessibility, security cameras all around, in great location & the customer service is excellent. Will definitely come back for storage needs for the winter.
Had my storage for over a year and never had an issue during the time and whenever you need something you can call them and they respond asap They also don’t try to double rent out of no where like other places
