I have been at MetroVault since they opened in 2023. Great experience, the two owners are awesome to work with and take pride in providing the best storage possible without crazy costs. Always pick up the phone whenever I've had an issue and take care of it in timely manner. Increases have been made to the rental price since I started but do not feel like they are increasing at a rapid rate like the big storage facilities. Overall would highly recommend storing you stuff with MetroVault.
Worst experience ever dont rent from this place! I moved in within 3 days they locked me out my storage! I moved in based on some promotions seen online that weren’t actually what i thought. I decided i wanted to move out then since i only rented the unit based on the promotions i thought where valid ! I was given a referral to Metro Vault by am acquaintance. I have to say it was a great referral. Clean atmosphere, easy access, very accommodating, great prices, and above all... THE STAFF FROM METRO VAULT ARE GREAT, WORK TO MEET YOUR NEEDS, & ARE VERY FRIENDLY. The owners are wonderful to speak with and very understanding. Highly recommend this storage rental! Olga was kind, professional, and does her job exceedingly well. Unlike other storage units I've rented with, Metrovault always informed me before any changes in the rent which I appreciated. The rental process and move out process are seamless and easy.
I have been using this storage for several weeks and the experience has been excellent. The facilities are clean, safe and well organized. Access is easy and schedules are convenient. In addition, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Ideal if you need to temporarily store belongings or free up space at home or office. Highly recommended!
