Exceptional management team at Metro Vault! They are professional, genuinely considerate, and go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The facility is spotless and secure, but the level of care from leadership makes all the difference. Easily 5 stars.

I highly recommend this storage facility. My daughter stored her things here over the summer. The people in the office couldn’t be nicer and more helpful with proactive follow ups. They have pick up and delivery service as well if you aren’t able to bring it there. For college students, this was amazing. Mark is so wonderful! He carries everything into the dorm room and navigates college move in day chaos. We have definitely found the place we will be storing over the summer for the next three years.

The storage is always clean and good and secure i don't have to worry my stuff being stolen I like that I can go b4 10 and u guys are always polite I like that there is cameras everywhere as well

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The rental process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, the pricing is very reasonable for the space. The entire property is clean, and feels very secure, which gives me total peace of mind leaving my belongings here. The staff was also super friendly

One of the cleanest self-storage facilities I've been to! Everything is very intuitive once you are on-site and the location is ideal. Would highly recommend!
