I am honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews, as my experience with Metrovan Urology has been completely different. I have received excellent service from the office and have had no issues whatsoever. No follow-up with the doctor.
The receptionist was honestly so, so rude. The phone connection wasn’t very clear, so I could not tell if she said August or July. I just asked her to repeat it twice, and she immediately went, “OMG,” in the most dramatic, impatient way. She even raised her voice and said, “I don’t know what you’re talking about!” It was so unnecessary.
