Surely at this point. There is enough people to start looking at a class action on negligence. There's no room for such incompetence let alone in a field where peoples lives are at risk.
My dad had an appointment for a cystoscopy, but we were never informed properly. We did not receive any letter or email, only a phone call that did not confirm the exact time and date. On the day of the appointment, one of the staff members called my sister, who struggles with English. The staff member spoke very rudely, and my sister was unable to respond properly.
