The receptionist was honestly so, so rude. The phone connection wasn’t very clear, so I could not tell if she said August or July. I just asked her to repeat it twice, and she immediately went, “OMG,” in the most dramatic, impatient way. Great phone consult with Dr. Hamidizadeh yesterday regarding prostate issues. He didn't rush me at all and explained the next steps clearly. Really glad I found him.
Extremely disappointed with the service at MetroVan Urology. After waiting months for an appointment, I missed one phone call, and the staff immediately postponed my appointment by another 2 months. Despite clinic policies regarding communication, the staff were cold and bullying, showing no care for the patient's urgent health issues. Furthermore, Dr. Hamidizadeh showed very weak follow-up and lacked punctuality. A very stressful experience for anyone needing timely urological care
Urologist Dr. HAMIDÍZADEH made the issue worse and it got seriously painful because of what he prescribed. Recommend you go to someone else.
