I have never been more disappointed with a healthcare provider than my experience here. I visited the facility recently and was told that patients are seen based on urgency, with an expected wait time of 1-2 hours. However, I ended up waiting for over two and a half hours. To make matters worse, I was overlooked and every single patient who arrived after me was seen before me. I was the last one left in the waiting area. Always crazy busy but that's a sign of the times in Canada now. Dr Broderick is amazing. Never in a hurry, a great listener, and very thoughtful in her diagnosis and treatment plans.
