This place is a joke. My daughter had an eye infection, but the doctor told us it wasn’t an infection and sent us home. Now her eye has gotten worse, and there is discharge coming from her eye
Receptionists lie to your face. I asked reception if they prescribe painkillers for an injured rib and they said I need to be assessed by a nurse over the phone first. I waited for a call to be told they do not prescribe painkillers and I needed to go to the emergency and get assessed there. Had to wait 4 hours to get a blister pack of tylenol.
I went there on Sunday, Aug 9th 2026 for an ankle injury. The only thing they could offer is a nurse's advice. I am not sure if it was a Sunday only situation. Even if it is a Sunday specific situation, the taxpayers money shouldn't have wasted for providing only for nurse's service which is available through 8-1-1. This is a huge waste taxpayers money.
