Very supportive, understanding and reasonably fast service.
My daughter has a finger injury which was painful and bleeding.. I drove over 30 minutes from Burnaby north.. I faced with 5 staff members all busy on their phones chit chatting.. treated us in the most unprofessional way possible.. none of them offered any help and no care. Let alone the “urgent care” sadly we had to take my daughter back home while she was still in pain. I wonder who manages this clinic and who how’s unprofessional people.
Cut myself while cooking and bleeding was not stopping, it was not life threatening but the cut was deep, I could see fat tissues in the wound, waited 2hr+ at burnaby hospital ER and nothing happened, left ER, came here, got called within minutes, got told to come back in a bit for stitch, came back in a bit, got stiched, went home a happy man. If you are not actively dying I'd say you'd get a much better chance at this place than ER. Thank you to everyone that helped me at this place.
Rude, grumpy and unprofessional. I except to be treated with respect and empathy when visiting urgent care but I got the complete opposite from Kelly. Don’t waste your time coming here.
