This is by far the best Mazda dealer in the lower mainland. The sales staff are extremely helpful and not pushy, and the service and parts departments have always been quick to respond and honest. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. If you're looking for a new car, ask for Daniel!

I’ve been taking my car to Metrotown Mazda for regular maintenance for over three years, but the service quality has really gone downhill. After the last two visits, my car wasn’t even vacuumed — I had to go back just to get it cleaned, which wasted my time. Before my latest appointment, I specifically mentioned this issue to the representative, and they even noted it down. On a saturday afternoon from last month, I brought my family and kids to their show room to look at the CX50 and CX90 for about 45 mins because we were looking to upsize from our current vehicle. I counted 3 sales people that were free the entire time we there and none of them approached any of us to greet, or ask if we had any questions , or need some help. I'm really surprised how poor the customer service was at this location. We left and won't ever be back to this Mazda dealership.
