Dr Amorim is a godsend! After voicing my concerns on a mommy group about my previous dentist unable to do a root canal and sending me to a specialist who wanted $5000, and as a one income family the thought of that made me sick and the only option for me at the time was to pull the tooth- Dr Amorim reached out to me offering for me to come in for a second opinion. We’ve been going to Dr. Paula and her amazing team for almost three years now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and Dr. Paula is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. We always feel well taken care of and truly appreciate the warm, positive atmosphere they create. Highly recommend!
Dr. Paula is amazing, I’ve felt very comfortable both times I visited. As a Hispanic migrant, I’ve rarely felt this safe and heard by a dentist. She’s professional, kind, and truly cares that I leave happy and informed. I really appreciate the way she approaches her patients. Amazing staff. Hands down the best one in Vancouver. From Mari (amazing communication and customer service) taking care of our appointments to Dr Paula explaining the entire process, I feel very glad I found these folks. If you’re looking for a dentists, especially if you’re from Brazil, this is the place. Btw I had root canal done with Dr Basant it was honestly a breeze. I’m not joking, everyone in the staff is brilliant.
Dr Paula and her staff are gentle and careful, always making sure i m comfortable during my appts. What I like most is that the team listens to my concerns and offers me options, so I can make informed decisions about my care.
