Staff are very friendly. The ambient is clean and organized. They have lots of patience with kids. And Dra Paula is excellent professional. Recommend!
I was disappointed with my experience. I visited this clinic because I have 100% coverage under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and wanted information about replacing my missing upper teeth. I was told that the CDCP does not cover dentures, which made it sound like pursuing a denture through the program was not an option. After contacting two denture clinics that regularly work with the CDCP, I learned that removable partial dentures can, in fact, be covered with preauthorization. Excellent service. They explained my insurance coverage perfectly when I asked. The personnel were polite, cheerful, and very professional.
Excellent health care provider. Customer service always friendly and efficient. The offices vibe is so welcoming. I highly recomend this office.
