I had a really bad experience. I got gel x and they came off the moment I left the store… the staff who did my nails was on call the whole time..would not recommend to anyone

While the technician was cleaning and prepping my toes, she was quite rough and careless. Lynn is great but I’d say the rest of the team are absolutely horrible. I did manicure and the lady was so mean, did horrible job shaping and doing my nails. Cut my finger multiple times and refused to listen to anything I asked for my nails. My middle finger nail that was broken she did arclyc on in and now it’s breaking just a few hours after she did it. Worst meni and pedi services, the tech cut my cuticle so bad that it started bleeding, they didn't fill the sides of nails instead even asking for it several times, Polish got ripped in just 10 days and they have buffed my feet nails so much that it became weak ande brittle and started to break which has never happened before...... The tech also didn't know how to shape nails properly i had to shape my nails myself after Service not worthy of even a single penny.....
