Absolute worst customer service. Ken constantly sets appointments but Alex does not show up. When he finally shows up, Alex is awesome and knows his stuff. What is not awesome is taking off work for a no show with no phone call appointment on Monday, then being told Tuesday it would be first thing Thursday. No show, no phone call Thursday morning.
