Absolute worst customer service. Ken constantly sets appointments but Alex does not show up. When he finally shows up, Alex is awesome and knows his stuff. What is not awesome is taking off work for a no show with no phone call appointment on Monday, then being told Tuesday it would be first thing Thursday. No show, no phone call Thursday morning. What a great company! I took advantage of Metrotech's ad for sprinkler system analysis. Ken was very cordial and easy to talk to when I called the number. Jaime was the technician, and he explained so much to me as we went around the house checking for problems. I so appreciate business people who take the time to be kind and helpful. These guys are great!! I had them come out for a sprinkler repair and the tech noticed my pool spa water level was very low. He said Metrotech's pool tech would be happy to come out and take a look.I told him my pool service had arranged a 'leak detection company' to come out and look for $550!! He told me to let the pool tech take a look...no charge! The pool tech did come out (thanks Derick!!)...after a few tests he told me there was a leak in the jandy valve and it would need replacing....I saved $550 right there!! Metrot... read more
