Wireless service is extremely unreliable. We lose connection several times a day almost everyday which is really inconvenient since we are students and often need the internet for research. Also, anytime I have called to leave a message no one has called back. Maybe my money isnt green enough to get good service? But there arent that many options for internet service in Sylva so I guess we are stuck with this "half-internet". So if you can, save yourself the frustration and USE A DIFFERENT INTERNET PROVIDER.
