Incredible service! Great platform that is easy to use, a highly responsive team that will help you at every stage of your stay. I stayed with them in Tokyo, and I had to shorten my booking by a month (usually a troublesome process) however they handled it flawlessly! Would recommend for a smooth & worry-free experience!
1年ほど滞在するために急遽連絡をとり、入居まで2週間のタイミングで契約を決めました。JimTanさんが担当でしたが、時間関わらず連絡・返信が早く助かりました。事前内覧なく前金を払わなければならなかった中、ビデオ撮影をして現場確認させて貰うように、柔軟に対応いただきました。住居の快適さはフラットメイトのマナー意識によるのでサービスについてのみ書きますが、清掃頻度やゴミ回収頻度は高い方だと思います。収納が少ないので少しごちゃごちゃしてしまうかもしれません。
