What a treacherous sales team! They tried to pull a fast one on me when I tried to cancel a booking well before the check-in date. Even though I didn't sign any contract (fun fact: they refuse to send any) Even then they are dense enough to ask me to pay a hefty cancellation fee (1-month rent). I literally have no contractual obligation to do that. Since then they've been threatening me to follow their instructions on and on and on... Pretty annoying and low-IQ sales tactic. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my deposit refund and your overall service. I was informed that my security deposit would be refunded within 30 days after checkout. However, by day 28, I had received neither the refund nor any update. Despite sending multiple messages and completing all required forms, I received no response. Stayed for about four months and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and communication with the team was always prompt and professional. A reliable option for long-term stays in Singapore. Would recommend.
