The aircon was broken when I wanted to use it. They tried their best to fix as soon as possible although it took a bit time. It was really good that the staff came and check immediately on the same day!
Happy with my stay in this premises as unit is clean, opposite Katong Park MRT station- convenience and calm & quiet place to live.
Stayed with MetroResidences Singapore for 3 months. Checkin was ok. Checkout was a nightmare. During checkin, I was told they had taken a high resolution video and any defects were already noted. When we checked out, we were told to do a self-checkout. No news from the company after we checked out until a month later, when they charged us for curtain replacement.
