February 2025....New Review....My first review is below. Google will not let you leave 2 reviews for the same company so I decided to add this to my previous one. We were very pleased with Metro Plumbing. Our plumber, Bentley, came to help us find out if we had a really bad problem with our plumbing. Since we are on a slab, we were afraid we had a serious problem and would soon be hearing jack-hammers going. But Bentley suggested running a camera through our lines first and that was amazing. Helped me out of a jam . Quick and reliable.
The only reason I gave this place two stars was because the two guys that came out were great. I needed elements replaced on water heater, which I had. I had them replace the pressure release valve and had a hand valve replaced. They got to my house at 9am it was about 11:50 when they finished. Not quite three hours. When they handed me the bill it showed over three hours, when I questioned it I was told they start charging when they're leaving the office. Then there was a 65.00 trip charge . Lucky for Metro Power zero stars wasn't an option. On 8/4/24, my neighbors (80+ years of age) called in fir a leak under their house. Two fellas came out. They were there maybe 45 mins to an hour. 800.00 dollars paid and they left. But no repair. They used a very trued and true method, but only if applied correctly. Rubber wrap boot with hose clamps. I've used it myself when needed. Just I never just put the piece of rubber on half of the circumference of the said pipe. I also use the proper clamp and rubber for the job. Any... read more
