The quality of work and attention to detail are superior. We needed a thermo-pane window panel replaced Removing the broken one from the window frame was extremely difficult yet they did so with the skill of a surgeon. The new one was a spot-on replacement and the end result looks original, and required no touch-up to the window frame, Above all, they are the nicest, most responsive and professional people.
I had a few windows that needed a part replaced. Working with Metropolitan Window & Glass Repair was easy and painless. They came to check out the parts, ordered the replacements, and installed them. For any window projects, I will consider working with them again.
