Impressed with the quality of the windows and even more impressed with the installers, great company. However I am not impressed with the sales person. She was very knowledgeable, but after she got my money we never heard from her again, not even in the 20 week waiting period there was before the windows came in. Not even a phone call to thank us for the business, not even a follow up phone call after the installation to inquire about the performance.
