WORST EXPERIENCE! DAYS LATE. OUTSIDE OF DELIVERY WINDOW. SAT ON HOLD FOREVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Absolutely horrific experience. So bad it’s almost like it’s a joke…..communication in all forms is completely chaotic, no one knows what’s really happening. My delivery has now come to my hallway but turned around and taken back to the truck because it requires more men to move it, 2 times now. First delivery they couldn’t deliver because it required four men instead of two. They now just attempted to deliver again with two men only and had to leave again because it required four men, AS THEY ALREADY WERE AWARE OF…incompete... read more
Horrible experience, I would give them a zero, they reschedule my delivery 3 times at last moment giving lame excuses when I called customer service like one of the item was not scanned, than we could not locate the items for delivery in warehouse, than the delivery truck left early just ridiculous. The only positive was the delivery guys were very polite and professional also cleaned premises of the packing material
Really bad place to pick up a load My appointment was at 12 pm is 6:02 Pm I’m still waiting for them to finish of loading.
