I wish I could review zero stars. I wish I never stepped foot into Metro Vet. My one-year-old cat has permanent damage due to the negligence and malpractice from Dr. Karen Farver. My cat was given a drug that is NOT APPROVED for cats, dogs only. This is clearly stated multiple times on the product drug label . This resulted in emergency surgery and a lengthy emergency room visit and THOUSANDS of dollars spent. This was the only one of two extreme errors by Dr. Karen Farver and the dermatology team. Brought my beloved dog there this week dor emaergency evaluation. Was told there were told neurologists on a d could get an MRI. After he was admitted told otherwise. Next day received a call and MRI the news was bad but the hard part was the impatience and callousness it was delivered and a push to make a decision while I was just digesting what I heard.
