This place is being mismanage they give you appointments that they don't honor, like today my appointment was for 8:30 am I arrived at 8:00 one patient left who have an appointment for 8:00 am and so far there is nobody here to take care of me at almost 9:15 am.
I paid for a package of 6 sessions. They tried to tell me I had all 6 done when I was pending 1 session. I don’t appreciate how they treated me nor the service they gave. When I tried to speak to someone I literally had to call them for two weeks straight to get an explanation. Even so they ended up lying and tried to slay me off a session. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Highly recommend Dr. Goldman and his staff. Great people! Dr. Goldman did a painless job on my vericose veins. So happy.
This review is very late but I still felt my story needed to be heard. I was recommended to this office by my dermatologist in regards to try MiraDry being that I exhausted all other options. When I called to set an appointment I was excited to hear they had a current promotion going on for $300 off and jumped right on it. I did my consultation the Monday and was all set to the the procedure the Tuesday so far so good.
