This afternoon I attended a clinic with one of their urologists, and I was quite disappointed by the very poor treatment from that doctor. Despite how badly I was treated and how I felt, I won’t mention any names. They literally treated me as if I were from another species, as if they had never seen a 20-year-old before. I have tried to contact first urology since last Thursday may 22 was on hold waiting for them to answer for 1 hour tried again on Friday may 23 45 minutes so Tuesday may 27 still would not answer again 40 minutes so today I tried again may 28 1 hour I said the hell with it and hung up if they can’t take the work load then why buy up all the private practices so we are forced to use first urology it’s pitiful when u can’t make a appointment when needed they sure as hell answer when u have a bill to pay says a lot about their ... read more
The reviews in my experience are true. Felt uncomfortable and not taken seriously. I left with more questions than I came in with. The ladies at the reception were nice.
Office Manager has a medical degree and can diagnose you without seeing you then cancel your appt by voicemail and refer you another doctor.All over the phone.
I am new in Louisville. I like the people here for the most part. Like most people my age, I have health issues. I asked around about the best doctors and health facilities. For the BPH, I was led to go to see a doctor at the First Urology. When I entered the facility, I noticed patients scattered around mostly wondering what in the world was going on...
