MTS had my grandfather who’s 100 years of age and my mother sitting there waiting for over an hour in a scheduled pickup at the airport. I couldn’t transport them because we needed a wheelchair lift. The woman I spoke to was audibly sick, RUDE, and ill informed. Find another company to help your elderly parents get around. MTS is terrible.

Mts security is not always there when you need them they usually Hang out in one station once the incident happens on a another station i have to wait until i see one , they need security in each station see one they need to spread apart or hired more security For me as a security its unprofessional

I am writing to express my frustration and formally complain about an extremely poor experience we had with one of your taxi drivers. We arrived at the airport from Vancouver and checked Uber fares, which were approximately $80 CAD. We have visited San Diego multiple times and typically pay around $40 for this same distance. The drivers are so sensitive, if you tell them they missed your stop they act like it's a personal attack. Especially the afternoon 215 drivers

Purchased what I thought was a monthly bus pass on Tuesday December 2nd at the Vons on 30th St in North Park. After getting home and loading it into the app, I saw it is only a cash value card and not a monthly pass. On Friday December 5th, I calld the MTS customer service line for clarification. The operator stated they no longer sell the monthly passes in Vons, only the cash value card.
