Deadbeat! Primary Tenant/Attorney, left owing landlord over 100k in unpaid rent & sneaky unethical maneuvers with judge in ct. left the place in deplorable condition without removing dozens of office desks owner has to pay thousands to dispose of.
I have worked with Metropolitan Title for a while, and consistently maintain a great relationship with them. As an agent, it is crucial to have an amazing title company as your sidekick. I have had three settlements at this business over the years and all three were a terrible experience. Unbelievably bad customer service if you are the customer rather than the agent. We used a different settlement company on our last purchase and the difference was night and day. I do not recommend this business.
