Called multiple times for assistance with a tenant landlord issue, no one called back and they signed me up for emails. Absolutely abhorrent.
Months ago I left several messages and never received a call. I need some clarification on the Tenants know your rights fair notice ordinance. No one ever called me back. I am a senior and we depend on help from these services. This is terrible treatment when you are suppose to help and support the tenants of Chicago.
My experience with this organization and their representatives, Katrina H. and Lolita D., was very disappointing. The interactions I had with Katrina were disrespectful and demeaning. I felt like I was being kicked while I was down. Not only did they withhold vital information from me, a tenant, for the purpose of pushing back against a building manager who had been exhibiting "slum lord" behavior, but they communicated directly with the building manager, giving her the upper hand.
