I had a great experience at Metropolitan surgical institute. From front desk staff to the post op nurse everyone was great. I first saw the nurse(didn’t get her name)that put my IV in she did an amazing job despite me being dehydrated from a stomach bug I had the week prior to my procedure😩. She even took me back to the waiting area to say goodbye to my husband since nobody is allowed back. Great experience. The staff here are beyond good. This is my third time here and I can't say enough good things about this place. 5 stars.
Everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. Forgive me if I do not remember names. The nurse who began my IV was flawless! I’ve never had one inserted so painlessly. To Debra, my OR nurse, thank you for my warm blankets, especially the one in the OR. I appreciated all the professionalism and care I received while I was there. Thank you!!!
