When it came to getting the allergen test with the small needles, I didn't do well at all. I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to needles - my skin is super-duper sensitive. They typically do the test on both of your arms with 90 different allergens that they stick you with (45 on each arm). I started to get faint (mainly from fear of needles and pain), but that's not unusual for me. These guys at Metropolitan Specialty labs were so kind and understanding. This Lab in Staten Island is super! Very organized and clean. I hate needles and my phlebotomist was very thorough and listened carefully all of my concerns. She was just great and did her work professionally and patiently. I would recommend Metropolitan Specialty labs with utmost confidence!
