This company is amazing!! I recently moved here from Philly and I have been struggling to find a good and honest and highly qualified appliance repair co until I found Metropolitan! I had multiple appliance repair CO’s come out and they were all horrible and had zero knowledge- but Metropolitan is way different and I am beyond impressed. Robert Johnston arrived at my home and discovered the problem with my oven within 5 minutes. He is amazing. Very nice personality, a great person.
Rob was amazing. Showed up on time (actually early!) and was super professional and efficient with his work. Can’t recommend Metropolitan enough!
Technician Robert J. arrived early here in South Portland to repair my "brand new" Frigidaire refrigerator, (still under warranty) which was not cooling the lower fridge portion AT ALL. Ended up qualifying for new replacement. Fantastic Service! Raves for Robert J. and Metropolitan.
Had Metropolitan services come to fix my non-working Bosch range. Robert, the technician, was very efficient and professional. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and came back a week later to install. Not inexpensive, but neither are new appliances. Highly recommend.
