I have used Metropolitan for several appliances and I have been very impressed. They are communicative and efficient. They had to come back and fix our Bosch dishwasher and then return when the pump was faulty and didn't charge us for the return visit. They then came back to fix a leaking dishwasher when a toothpick was caught in the mechanism and didn't charge us. They found a warped floor from a leaking fridge while they were here and alerted us to that. Their staff are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I am baffled by the fact that since January of this year I have paid Metropolitan $540, yet neither my washer nor dryer has been repaired. Daniel has visited several times. In one of his visits he said my dryer needed a new motor with the implication it would improve my dryer's performance (the moisture sensor was no longer working). I could still run the dryer on at timed cycle. Although it was not efficient, my laundry eventually got dry after repeated cycles). This company is amazing. From the time I contacted the company about a Bosch dishwasher warranty repair, they scheduled an appointment right away without any hassle. The person who came to do the repair was wonderful! Thank you so much!
