scheduled two appointments a week apart and tech never showed to either. Thought the first one was a miscommunication but the second time I spoke to Chloe two times the day of the appointment to confirm time and make sure they were coming.
It seems the problem with my dishwasher continues. The issue wasn't really fixed. Can a technician return to fix it?
This company is not legit. They did show up initially to diagnose the problem which the black rubber flap is missing from the ice shoot (that's it) on my father's Viking fridge. He is 85 years old so I help handle things like this. They came out and charged his credit card on-site for $745! No parts ordered yet or installed. After several attempts calling, I finally reached someone. She said the parts had been ordered and should arrive the following week. I was confirmed for a 4PM-7PM window the morning of my appointment on July 12 2023. NO ONE SHOWED. I called twice and no one answers. 7:30 PM a truck pulls up thinking showing up this late would be in any way acceptable. NO WAY WOULD I EVER HIRE THEM. Their dispatcher and confirmer should be held responsible for wasting everyone's time.
