Very accommodating. Great service
looking for parts for my refrigerator which is out of production, they gave me info on part and where to locate. very helpful and Friendly.
Fast, fair, competent, and reasonable. No problem calling them again in the future.
I called for some general questions regarding some screws I’m looking for. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I called other stores and even if they didn’t have the part, at least they were kind and pretended to care after I had spoken with them. They bashed Menards when I told them Menards thought they may be able to help. There’s plenty of other of appliance stores that will be more helpful then they are.
