Great service all around from the receptionist to the technicians. And they have the best product for rustproofing.
Excellent service
They sprayed very little under my Lexus. They didn't even take out the factory rubber plugs in order to protect the Lexus unibody with oil. It was during the fall and they were very busy. When they first started out they done good jobs.
I decided to take advantage of the 15% off on aesthetic protection providing a sealer on the paint. The entire job of washing, decontaminating and applying the sealer took no more than 20 minutes…. (Although I had called prior to my visit and was told it takes about 30 to 40 minutes for a small car like mine). What I found disappointing was that they sprayed the sealer nonchalantly without really looking if it was covering the entire area properly. And I could see that it didn’t cover the entire car.
