Brought my car for rustproofing on Pierrefonds boul. as I have for several years. They have always washed the car, as advertised on their website, after doing the rustproofing. They refused to wash the car, saying they only clean the windows. It's not like they were busy, there were no other customers. So, either there is false advertising on their website, or the person in charge at the Pierrefonds site is not doing his job and has no interest in taking care of his customers.
