First time I bring my vehicle in since it is out of warranty so I didn't mind it getting drilled . The service was excellent and they took the time to cover the seats , floor mat and sterring wheel to avoid overspray. Mind you this is not their most busy season but I beleive this branch is doing a good job - they all had gloves and changed them frequently and kept the vehicle clean. I watched the whole job through the glass windows and it seems that they drilled at strategic locations and shot the product all around for a go... read more
Ford escape 2015, traité 9 fois en 10 ans. Rouille sur le hood et intérieur des portes. Pas de garantie, car nous avons omis le traitement de 2017. Je vous laisse soin de voir par vous même si cela vaut la peine d’investir >1000$ en traitement, pour te faire répondre que la garantie ne s’applique pas. Il paraît même que c’est mon véhicule qui a été mal construit, l’eau s’évacue mal de mes portes et cause de la rouille, que le traitement antirouille n’arrive pas à gérer efficacement. Très bon service. Super accueil les gens sur place on pris le temps de m’expliquer le fonctionnement/recommandations. Vous pouvez voir le procéder tout le long du traitement avec les vitres dans la salle d’attente,les employés font un travail remarquable, il y a même un vérification du dessous. Je recommande fortement! On ce revoit l’année prochaine sans faute
