What a rat. Under oath, claimed to have served eviction documents all over town at the exact same time. I have never before encountered a business owner so careless, lazy and incompetent.
Appears to be a fraudulent enterprise. Sent process and a check to him 2 months ago, check was cashed, but I have been unable to reach him. AWOL
