What pool shop does not have granular chlorine in stock. I went there 1 week ago, they did not have the 10kg drum of chlorine in stock said I could purchase the 2kg for $46 when the 10kg is $125. They said they would call me as it was coming in this week. They called me to say it would be in Wednesday, I got there Friday (no chlorine in my pool for over 1 week at this stage) only to be told still not in stock and would call me today to see if it could be transferred from their other store. i always buy pool acid, salt, etc from these guys, and have spent a lot of money with them. when i came in for pool water analysis, i was told i need acid and stabilised. i told the man at the register i already had some at home, and he hit me with “then it’s $5 for the test”. embarrassing service as these sort of tests are literally free everywhere else. no respect for returning customers. will be going somewhere else from now on.
