Super helpful and kind. We had a terrible time figuring out our pool chemistry, but it was finally resolved, and we're enjoying a beautiful clear pool now. Pool was originally built by Brandt... and we continued to use Metropolitan for service. Thanks to the warm, friendly staff for all the years of great service.

The worst customer service ever! Everyone should avoid this place like the plague. We have gone there several times over the last several years and have experienced bad customer service all but maybe once. I recently called to ask a question and the rude lady/manager who answered wouldn’t even let me finishing speaking before she told me to hush! I refused to finish that conversation, I hung up on her. This is the same lady I have spoken to in store who was extremely rude. Whoever you are, you suck at customer service.
