The worst customer service ever! Everyone should avoid this place like the plague. We have gone there several times over the last several years and have experienced bad customer service all but maybe once. I recently called to ask a question and the rude lady/manager who answered wouldn’t even let me finishing speaking before she told me to hush! I refused to finish that conversation, I hung up on her. This is the same lady I have spoken to in store who was extremely rude. Whoever you are, you suck at customer service.
Price gouging! I bought 50 lbs bromine & 25 lbs alkalinity plus online for $389. Metropolitan wanted $550 just for the bromine! There's making a profit and then there is ripping off your local customers!

We are new to owning a pool went into the store for some assistance instead got greeted with a (I'm bothered your asking me attitude) however still being nice asked if they are interested in scheduling a new visit and open and close the pool they say someone will call me, no one ever did. Go back in today asking and told her no one ever called me she shrugged her shoulders and said ok. I will never go there and give them business again and the owner should really do some checking up on his employ... read more
