Terrible experience from start to finish. They opened our pool and completely botched the assembly. Not only did they fail to do it right the first time, but they also charged us a service charge to come back out and still didn't fix it. After multiple trips, they tried to tell us it was installed correctly, which is completely untrue since it is actively leaking and not operating. Super helpful and kind. We had a terrible time figuring out our pool chemistry, but it was finally resolved, and we're enjoying a beautiful clear pool now.
