I had recently suffered a shoulder injury, I believe from weight lifting and tried to heal it on my own. After several weeks of icing and stretching, the pain was still consistent and not improving. This isn't not the first time I have attended PT, however, this is my first with Metropolitan. I had a decompression/fusion of my L5/S1 in October. I love the fact that there is no pressure to go fast and that I am encouraged to go at my own pace. It is reassuring to know that Vince knows how to work with fusions and that he doesn't make me feel rushed. He is also the first doctor to notice that I have one leg longer than the other.
