When you show up on time you get shoved in a room and have to wait with your fussy kids for 15-20 minutes. When you show up 17 minutes late you're told your appointment has been canceled for being 2 minutes behind the 15 minute cut off and now you will have to take another day off work to come in with your kids. I asked the front desk if I could speak to the doctor and explain my situation since they said it was the doctor's discretion whether or not to see me past the time.
