this review is long overdue. in short all the doctors in kansas city wouldnt do anything for me, told me i was terminally ill and to deal with it, in various other rude ways also. i had given up all hope, then i got a call from dr merkel. He said to come to st louis, he said he could cut out my pheochromecytoma tumor and also replace my right hip. that was over 11 years ago! dr merkel was a blessing from from god! thank you sir for given me hope and life when no one else would help.
Dr. Merkel is very competent and thorough. Don't let the curt manner fool you- he just goes straight to the point. His Staff is fantastic as well. The staff and Dr. Merkel have helped our family through 2 difficult surgeries to remove tumors from my husband's leg bone. I highly reccommend them all!
