I can't say enough good things about Dr. Nelson and her team. From the very first consultation, she was down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Kristin was very knowledgeable. Her communication was great. This was our first ortho consultation and I really didn't know what to expect. She explained everything and made sure we knew we could contact her for any questions later as well. I'm very comfortable putting my child in her care.
Dr. Nelson and staff were such a joy to work with. They were always prepared and timely, though their care for their patients is what stood out the most. I would recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone that needs Orthodontic treatment. She and her staff are a breath of fresh air in an industry that can be intimidating for patients. I don't think I have stopped smiling since my last appointment!
If I could give Dr. Nelson 10 stars, I would. She's been nothing but attentive, thorough, and patient throughout my entire ortho treatment. And her staff has been just as great. I'm happy with my clear aligner results, and would highly recommend her if you're in the Washington, D.C. area.
