This place is amazing! My two daughters have been receiving treatment here for the past year and we have had such a great experience! The look girls always look forward to their visits and we have seen incredible results in the transformation of their smiles. The staff and doctor are kind, knowledgeable and professional. I highly highly recommend them!!!
I love every second of my appointment always. Dr.Nelson is amazing and so professional. Her staff is incredible, definitely I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are so friendly and their customer service is like no other. They all make you feel comfortable and they’re always there trying to make it work for the patient. I wouldn’t recommend my friends and family elsewhere, because I know if they go to Dr. Nelson they will be taken care the best way possible. Thank you for all you do for your patients :)
I had a very disappointing experience with this office, and I feel compelled to share it. I was referred to Metropolitan by my child’s dentist. At our first visit, they took all the scans and told me they would contact me once the insurance decision came through. After about a month, I received a call saying I needed to come in for an appointment to hear the decision. I would definitely recommend Metropolitan Orthodontics. Dr. Nelson is very attentive and personable. She answered all our questions. My son finally feels comfortable to get his braces. Thanks to all the staff for their great attitude and customer service.
Very accommodating practice. Staff and doctor very pleasant. Doctor didn’t rush through talking about options and what she could do for me. Impressive!
