Avoid this clinic at all costs. My experience here was shockingly unprofessional, disrespectful, and feels deliberately misleading toward patients. First, I called in advance and clearly asked whether I needed to pay anything with my CDCP card. The woman on the phone told me “No, you won’t need to pay.” But when I arrived, they suddenly charged me, even though my insurance should have covered the full amount. I got all four of my wisdom teeth out under general anesthesia with Dr. Jeffrey Farber almost two weeks ago and my experience was great. Although I got my surgery done at the other location, I wanted to write a review about Dr Farber, as he was very experienced and knowledgeable, it really made me feel like I was in good hands. My experience was overall good. I wanted to write a review because I was so nervous and would’ve loved to see more positive reviews
Hi I had my tooth removed today and was very scared but the dentist and nurses were more then accommodating they were amazing I would highly recommend this dentist if ur scared and want to be put to sleep great experience thank you for the wonderful service!!!
Dr. Farber and his team are wonderful! I was extremely nervous to have 3 wisdom teeth pulled, and the team of nurses and Dr. F made sure I felt comfortable. They even talked to me as much as I was talking because I was so nervous. Chris I'm pretty sure I heard the nurse name is, was great! Highly recommended!! WAITED 50 minutes to be seen for 3 minutes and a consultation fee of $190. I have to say these 5 STAR reviews here must have been bought. As a medical professional myself, I cannot justify charging my patient $190 for seeing me for 3 minutes, specialist or not. Regardless whether majority of cost is covered by insurance, I would actually be sick in my stomach. Having done my own research, endo/ortho dental consultation in Ontario range from $50 to $150.
