I was referred to this dentist clinic for a wisdom tooth removal. Upon entering on time for my appointment, I was not informed of prices, instead, I was taken into the room where the dentist discussed treatment plan. He quickly glanced at my tooth and confirmed what my original dentist stated. He left the room and the receptionists entered and had me sign a waiver and then proceeded to give me a bill of $400 with no context or heads up. I had a really good experience with a more complicated wisdom tooth removal at this clinic. The pre-operative explanation was detailed as well as explaining the necessary care following the surgery.
Dr Sener is kind and patient. My mom had high bp before her extraction and he was very cautious and considerate and as such aborted the procedure. He cares about the patient over his own financial benefit. We are grateful.
Ladies were disrespectful because they added a fee at the end of the consultation. Without stating that when I refused to sign digital documents useless surgery centre and charged $319
