I felt rushed and dismissed during my very short appointment. I had no chance to discuss my concerns and was told the typical “take ibuprofen and/or birth control”. I was told I’d receive results through text, but I never received anything. I was also referred to the Total Sono below, so I reasonably believed my insurance would be accepted but was never told it wasnt. Overall a very upsetting experience, please try another place.

Disappointed in the care I received here as a first time mom. The NP that saw me had very poor bedside manner. I end up switching providers because I didn’t feel supported as first time mom.

I’m currently having a horrible experience with this practice. They failed to tell me my that they would no longer accept my insurance starting in Jan. So in January I had to reschedule my appointment to February . The receptionist encouraged me to change my HMO 1 week before my appointment. I listened and now my HMO won’t be active until March 1st.
