Disappointed in the care I received here as a first time mom. The NP that saw me had very poor bedside manner. I end up switching providers because I didn’t feel supported as first time mom.
I’m currently having a horrible experience with this practice. They failed to tell me my that they would no longer accept my insurance starting in Jan. So in January I had to reschedule my appointment to February . The receptionist encouraged me to change my HMO 1 week before my appointment. I listened and now my HMO won’t be active until March 1st. So because of their lack of communication, I have now missed 2 regular prenatal visits. Also when I offered to pay out of pocket I was told I had to pay 2,000.00 as a “deposit” a... read more
This place is beyonddddddddddddd when I say beyond I mean beyondddddddd horrible !
If I could give this place negative stars I would. The reception was disorganized. There were mix ups with appointments and I didn’t feel like the communication was great. The midwives were all nice and awesome, but at the end of the day it felt like I was being cycled in and out as just another patient. When I raised a concern regarding recent genetic history that could impact my baby I was dismissed and was told the head doctor “didn’t know I was pregnant”.
