Staff is friendly and attentive Dr. Wood listens and speaks to me in a way I understand. She takes her time and is very thorough. I feel confident in her skill and the treatment she provides.

Michelle and her staff are always very friendly and attentive! Other doctors may be dismissive, but not Dr. Wood. Sometimes the reception area gets backed up, or overwhelmed between calls and check in, which can lower the patience of people. If she gives the option for a lab, however, avoid labcorp if you can. I've never had so many backwards experiences as at labcorp, however that isn't associated to Dr. Wood's office as much.

Dr.Wood is an amazing doctor who not only takes the time to listen to your problems but goes out of her way to find solutions to your problems. I am very grateful I found her and have a very calm feeling at addressing my problems with her.

I was referred to this office by my primary care physician. On Wednesday, I called multiple times throughout the day during business hours, and no one ever answered the phone. Today, I called twice. The first time, I waited on hold for 20 minutes before giving up because no one answered. On my second call, I waited another 18 minutes before someone finally picked up.
