I came in as a walk-in customer and immediately felt unwelcome. One staff member in particular seemed upset that I had walked in, and several employees were looking at me as though I had done something wrong. I had a terrible experience with Peter. He was extremely rushed and careless, and he burned the skin around my nails. My hands were hurting even after I left. This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place.

Extremely expensive, not worth the price at all. I came in to get a color change and they wanted to charge me $40. Ridiculous! I could’ve just got a whole new set. Won’t be back.
I have been a customer at this salon and recently had a very disappointing experience. During my visit, a technician spoke disrespectfully (Vietnamese language) about the condition of my nails within my hearing. Regardless of the condition of a client’s nails, professionalism, basic courtesy, and human decency should always be maintained.
