Extremely expensive, not worth the price at all. I came in to get a color change and they wanted to charge me $40. Ridiculous! I could’ve just got a whole new set. Won’t be back.
I have been a customer at this salon and recently had a very disappointing experience. During my visit, a technician spoke disrespectfully (Vietnamese language) about the condition of my nails within my hearing. Regardless of the condition of a client’s nails, professionalism, basic courtesy, and human decency should always be maintained. I went to get a mani and pedicure. My toes turned out fine. But the tech should have stopped there. When I went to get my nails done everyone in the shop was coaching her through it. It was clear she shouldn’t have been doing nails at all! After she finished my nails it looked horrible. It looked like I did it at home in a rush. Absolutely the best nail tech ever! Lam is a true artist every set he does is flawless. He takes his time to make sure every detail is perfect, from the shape to the design, and my nails always last for weeks without lifting or chipping. He’s also so kind and welcoming, which makes every appointment feel relaxing and fun. Lam is incredible! I’ve been seeing him for almost 4 years. He knows color, shape, and cuts my cuticles perfectly. He’s the best and I’ll follow him anywhere if ever he would leave!!
