Not only they use cheap nail supplies they are unsanitary. I always get gel nails wherever I move to but this place cannot do a simple French manicure gel nail; it chipped as soon as I got in my car. WASH YOUR HANDS; they jump from one customers feet pedicure to doing someone’s hand manicures not one time any of them wash their hands or use hand sanitizer in between clients they are too busy being money greedy which will eventually cause them financial problems due to cross contamination infections
First time here and as others have stated, not the best experience. For $75, I didn’t expect my nails to look like Chicklets, they are too short as I pointed out to my nail tech and as you can see not properly put on.
I have visited this place a few times, and while it's not my favorite, I recently went online to book an acrylic refill and a pedicure, which was advertised for $88 on the website. However, when I arrived, the technician informed me that the total would be $130. I pointed out that this was not what was listed on the website. It seems that the owner has not updated the prices online. The overall atmosphere also felt unwelcoming to some customers. I will not be returning here
Came at 730 for my eyebrows, and their door was locked even though they had an open sign and a posting for closing at 8pm
