My cardiologist is in the building.
Love my doctor, Dr. Hussain. He is thorough and the only reason I am giving stars. Currently on hold for the last thirty minutes trying to schedule an appointment. And no, it can't be scheduled online as they direct you to, as they only seem to have availability months out, not for more emergent appointments that might be needed for sickness or injury. Every time I call, it is almost impossible to reach someone by phone.
This is the worst provider I’ve ever visited. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy at Luminis ER so I figured might as well stick with Luminis. Unfortunately it was a waste of time. The doctor was nice but nothing we spoke about was actually done. I was supposed to be prescribed meds and that never happened. I was unable to speak to anyone. I called for a week trying to have the prescription sent to my pharmacy, never happened. I was supposed to be referred to a neurologist and it took like a week for it to show on my chart. The wait time to be seen wasn’t bad, but once I got to the back, everything felt completely unorganized and chaotic. I was placed in a room with other patients, which was uncomfortable. The woman who drew my blood was very nice, but the way the department was being run left me uneasy. I was confused about why my urine sample was taken at the last minute, and I noticed my sample cup was left out and unattended, which didn’t feel sanitary or secure.
