Dr Hussain and Rosa are incredible. Been going to them for over 12 years. However, their front desk and phone operators are terrible. You can never get through, I have actually been on hold for 20 minutes and drove over to the office and was still on hold. Right now the mychart patient portal is down due to cybersecurity issue. I'm faxing my new refill request since I can't get through to anyone and I am changing pharmacies and they require a new prescription.
