I have come to grips that I need to find a new doctor after using this practice for a long time. You cannot get through to them on the phone. It’s like when Luminis took over they implemented a rule that nobody is allowed to answer the phone. Yes, I know, use the Mychart portal to make an appointment, but sometimes you need to ask a scheduler a question. I almost died 2years ago. the doctor incharge of my surgery came in late, very late after i lost blood from the time i came in from 6am to 2pm. i can't advice someone to go to that hoapital . is risky. patients are seen as commodities not humanbeings. the billing department steal from patients who dont have time to follow up with their bills. They dont deserve any star based on my experience with them .

Why is it so hard to get a response back about your volunteering applications it’s been almost 2 weeks and I just called the lady that handles the application seems to be busy and always hangs up on me like what is the deal? Horrible customer service for someone that’s trying to Volunteer at your hospital it’s ridiculous to me
