My grandpa passed away in June and I cancelled his tenant insurance in July. After completing the requested form, following by email and phone, we are now in November and I still have not heard from Hardeep or received a refund for the policy we just renewed in May. I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The staff clearly don’t care about customers — rude, dismissive, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up. It honestly feels like they go out of their way to make things harder. ICBC must’ve skipped the “customer service” chapter completely. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Do yourself a huge favor — avoid this place like the plague.
Incredibly rude staff. Act as if you are a nuisance and very dismissive. Very unclear and poor communication. Felt uncomfortable the entire time. Not clear on the payments and she was very impatient.
