My mom came to them for help getting insurance paperwork sorted as her spouse is at end of life. The man she asked for help was dismissive, and made her leave shaking her head.
They seemed annoyed the moment I walked in. Rude and dismissive. Never again!
Everyone that works here is either rude and/or not smart. Consistently bad customer service.
