I went in last week and asked what information I would need to get from the car owner to have papers for the van printed as the owner is out of town for an extended period and they were taken with him. The car needed to be moved for street cleaning. We wrote down what was needed specifically...I went in today and the gentleman in the office very rudely told me it wasn't possible. I have insured many vehicles there before and been happy with the service. 100% waste of my time and money. Rude...
Very unhelpful very rude would not recommend if you have time go somewhere else
The people at this place act like they hate their lives. I would describe them as actively rude. Don’t rely on them to offer advice or for it to be correct.
Aman did not provide me with a wallet sized print of the insurance. She said that she's been there for 2 years. Every other insurance agent since I've been travelling and touristing ALWAYS gives a little cutout card for the trip that fits in a wallet. How does she expect injured or people in accidents to call w/o a 1-800 number? Speaking of wallet, she didn't give me back my drivers, and had to call me to come get it.
