Aman did not provide me with a wallet sized print of the insurance. She said that she's been there for 2 years. Every other insurance agent since I've been travelling and touriating ALWAYS gives a little cutout card for the trip that fits in a wallet. Speaking of wallet, she didn't give me back my drivers, and had to call me to come get it. Another thing; I've been getting car insurance here since 2020/2021. She couldn't find history of my purchases. This place is the worst insurance outlet I've ever been to.
Good place. I only use it for autoplan. The guy on the phone was helpful and nice. The lady that took care of my car insurance was nice, fast, and friendly also.

Sorry to see people having bad experiences but I've gone here for almost 15 years and always had good ones. I like the flexible hours and usually short wait times.
When I came in to renew my car insurance the people just stared at me when I entered rather than asking if they can help, despite neither of them helping anyone. So I asked if they could help and she kinda said “ok” but didn’t smile, tell me to sit down or she could help etc. so I asked if I should sit down. The young female broker literally rolled her eyes for trying to ask clarifying questions about banking. Generally super rude almost trying to make you feel dumb for using their service
