My name is Larry Hutton, I had a referral sent to this doctor's office like 2 weeks ago. I have called up there at least 5 times asking about my new patient referral to see the doctor. I was told by a lady that they are short staffed and they would call me back later that day and i was never called back , and I have been told I'd receive a call back by at least two other people and they still haven't call me . I see Dr. Youssef..I highly recommend.. she was referred to me by my gastroenterologist.. she is wonderful..a true blessing.. she makes sure to take the time to ask lots of questions to get to answers to the issues affecting you..
I had two appointments here and I'm definitely not coming back. Both times the nurse checked my BP and told me it's 170 over 100 something. I check it frequently, and never in my life has it ever been that high, even before I was on meds. It wasn't even that high the same morning. Plus she checked it on my forearm, which I've never had anyone try to do. Not sure which cutrate nursing school she went to. Also terrible bedside manner. She was giving me a shot and jokingly said "It's my first time, you ready?" How is that okay?... read more
